The President of Niger, Mohammed Bazoum, has invited the head of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Menfi, to attend the 13th summit of the Community of Sahel-Saharan States, which will be hosted by Niamey next June.
According to the media office of the Presidential Council, Menfi received a letter from Bazoum through Niger's ambassador to Libya, Issyad Ag Kato, and that was during his reception at the Presidential Council HQ in Tripoli on Monday.
