The US Special Envoy to Libya, Richard Norland, has discussed in the Chadian capital, N'Djamena, regional cooperation in the fields of border security and economic development.
"Pleased to meet in N’Djamena with Libya’s Ambassador to Chad, Mohammed Al-Madani, and US Ambassador to Chad Alex Laskaris, to discuss regional cooperation on border security and economic development. I look forward to my consultations today and tomorrow with Chadian officials”, Norland tweeted.
