The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has dismissed reports suggesting that foreign diplomatic missions have evacuated the capital, Tripoli, to Tunisia via the Ras Ajdir border crossing.

In a statement issued on Monday, the ministry described the claims as “entirely false,” asserting that all foreign missions in Tripoli are operating normally without disruptions. The ministry stressed that all movements of diplomatic staff are coordinated through its Protocol Department and conducted in line with established diplomatic protocols.

The statement also encouraged media outlets to verify information through its media department, reaffirming its commitment to transparency and clarifying facts as needed.
