The acting Minister of Foreign Affairs in Libya’s Government of National Unity, Al-Taher Al-Baour, has met with Morocco’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccan Expatriates, Nasser Bourita, to explore ways to enhance bilateral relations between the two countries.

According to the ministry’s media office, the meeting took place in Cairo on the sidelines of the emergency Arab summit and focused on the level of cooperation between Libya and Morocco and both sides’ commitment to its development.

The two ministers also discussed the importance of direct coordination and ongoing consultations on regional issues and challenges.
