The head of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Menfi, has welcomed the ceasefire resolution issued by the Security Council, considering that it must be implemented immediately and completely to stop the genocide of the people of Gaza and achieve stability and security in the region and the world.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, Menfi expressed his gratitude to the Arab Group, led by Algeria, and other members of the Security Council, for their continued efforts in contributing to the adoption of this resolution, and considered this a step towards achieving a sustainable cessation of tensions and paving the way for comprehensive political solutions.
